1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

(International shipping may be added in the future.)

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express UK Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and selected service.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

5. Order Tracking

  • Where available, tracking details will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Delays & Issues

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Weather conditions or unforeseen events

7. Lost or Missing Parcels

  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days.

  • We will investigate with the courier and assist where possible.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email info@truscent.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

9. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

  • Truscent Ltd is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
